- Can I request a product?

Sure you can. Contact us and tell us what product you are looking for. A link to another site that sell the product would be helpful.
- Can i track my order?

One your order is shipped, we will email you the tracking number and tracking link. All shipments are trackable. You can also find your shipping number in 'My account' after you log in.
- Can you Dropship for me?

Yes. We can drop ship for you. Just choose another dilvery address in the Checkout. We will not reveal to the receiver that the package comes from us.
- How long time does the delivery take?

If you choose our free shipping option by registered air mail, the delivery time is around 10-25 days depending on your country. If you choose DHL Express the delivery time is around 3-7 days.
- What payment methods do you accept?

As of right now, we only accept payments by PayPal. We hope to add more payment methods later on. You can choose to pay with your PayPal account or check out as a guest, without creating an PayPal account.
- What shipping options are available?

You can choose from Regisitered Air Mail (Hong Kong Post) which is free of charge. Or you can add a small cost and choose DHL Express. All shipments are trackable.

- Why do you have so few products compared to other sites?

We are aware that other sites sell thousands of chinese products, by doing so, they can not keep their products in their own warehouse like we do, therefore they have a high risk of sending out faulty products and they do not test their products as carefully as we do.
Unlike them, we only select the best, top notch quality products. We select our products very carefully and test them thoroughly for many days before we even start to sell them. We prefer to have satisfied customers and we aim to keep 100% of our customers satisfied with their products.
