When will i receive my order?- That depends wether you selected our free shipping option by regisitered air mail or by DHL Express delivery. Registered air mail usually takes 2-4 weeks to arrive, depending on the distance to your country and so on. DHL Express Delivery takes around 3-7 days.
- Can i track my order?
- Yes you can. When your order is shipped out from our warehouse, we will notify you your shipping details by email.
- Is there a system to track my order?
- Of course! When you login to your account on ChinaTabletShop.com, you can locate the tracking number for your order. You will also receive a tracking link by email when your order is shipped.
- How much does a delivery cost?
- DHL Express costs are calculated according to the total weight of the package. Shipments by regisitered air mail are free of charge.
- Should I pay any custom duties, taxes, or other fees?
It depends on the laws of the specific country. Please check with the local customs agency to verify if there are any taxes and duties to be paid. The customer is responsible for the payment of any such taxes and fees. - Privacy & Security

What are the payment methods accepted by you?
We offer the following payment options:- PayPal (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, Diners, Maestro, Solo Card, Visa Debit, and Visa Electron)
Your order will be processed as soon as the payment has cleared.
Can I return or exchange product?
As long as the product is unused, unopened and in the same condition as received, you may return it within 7 days without any questions asked. A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount. - Viewing Orders

- Do you have a warranty on your products?
Yes. We have a 12 month limited warranty that covers factory faults of any product. Should you on the other hand drop or destroy a product, we will not cover the cost of reparing it. We will help you fix it if you submit a ticket through the Helpdesk in 'My account'.
